Write to support@eachlabs.ai withABUSE in the subject. Include as much of the following as you have:
We review reports as quickly as we can and will tell you the outcome where you have given us a way to reply.
Reports involving child sexual abuse material are handled immediately and out of band: the content is removed, access is terminated without warning, and the material and account records are preserved and referred wherever the law requires. You do not need to file anything else, and you should not include the material itself in your message — send the URL or prediction ID only.
If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot act as an emergency responder.
File a copyright takedown notice
each::labs, Inc. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send the notice to support@eachlabs.ai withDMCA in the subject. To be actionable it must contain all six of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Where one notice covers several works, a representative list is sufficient.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, specific enough for us to locate it — the artifact URL or the prediction ID.
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Answer a takedown notice
If your content was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@eachlabs.ai containing:- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
