# Abuse & Takedown

> How to report abusive content or use of the eachlabs Video API, and how to file or answer a copyright takedown notice.

## Report abuse

Write to <strong>support@<span />eachlabs.ai</strong> with `ABUSE` in the subject. Include as much of the following as you have:

| The artifact URL, or the prediction ID | Identifies the exact job. Without one of these we usually cannot locate the content  |

| When you encountered it, and where     | Distinguishes a live artifact from a cached or re-hosted copy we no longer control   |
| Your contact details                   | Lets us ask a follow-up question and tell you the outcome                            |

We review reports as quickly as we can and will tell you the outcome where you have given us a way to reply.

Reports involving child sexual abuse material are handled immediately and out of band: the content is removed, access is terminated without warning, and the material and account records are preserved and referred wherever the law requires. You do not need to file anything else, and you should not include the material itself in your message — send the URL or prediction ID only.

If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot act as an emergency responder.

## File a copyright takedown notice

each::labs, Inc. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send the notice to <strong>support@<span />eachlabs.ai</strong> with `DMCA` in the subject. To be actionable it must contain all six of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Where one notice covers several works, a representative list is sufficient.
2. Identification of the material you say is infringing, specific enough for us to locate it — the artifact URL or the prediction ID.
3. Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, made **under penalty of perjury**, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

  A notice missing any of the six elements is not actionable and we will write back asking for the missing parts rather than acting on it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

We act on complete, actionable notices promptly — typically by disabling the artifact URL and, where the same material recurs, suspending the key or organization that generated it.

## Answer a takedown notice

If your content was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to <strong>support@<span />eachlabs.ai</strong> containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement **under penalty of perjury** that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, postal address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

We forward complete counter-notices to the original complainant. Where the law provides for a waiting period before restoration, we observe it; if the complainant does not file an action within that period we may restore the material.

## Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Repeated actionable notices against the same organization are grounds for termination under the [Acceptable Use Policy](/video/acceptable-use#enforcement).

## What we can and cannot remove

We control artifacts hosted on eachlabs storage and CDN. We can disable those.

We do not control your source media — the API downloads from a URL you supply, and we cannot remove content at its origin. Nor can we remove copies you have already downloaded, re-hosted, or distributed elsewhere. A takedown here disables the eachlabs-hosted artifact; it does not reach anything you have published from it.
